Hoje, as câmeras digitais podem gravar vídeo de pelo menos 24 quadros por segundo. E essa taxa de quadros está melhorando constantemente em dispositivos mais novos. Minha câmera grava 10 quadros por segundo no modo burst. Se ao menos houvesse uma maneira de usar altas taxas de quadros em vídeo para capturar imagens estáticas? Existem! E é mais simples do que você imagina.
Este artigo mostrará como extrair uma imagem estática de um vídeo. Estas são imagens de alta qualidade, exatamente como você tiraria com disparo contínuo. A melhor parte é que você não precisa aprender um novo programa de edição de vídeo. Você pode fazer isso no Photoshop.

Tutorial passo a passo
Etapa 1: abra o vídeo no Photoshop
Primeiro, abra o arquivo de vídeo no Photoshop. O Lightroom não permitirá que você exporte o vídeo para o Photoshop para edição, então você terá que abri-lo diretamente. No Photoshop, vá para o menu suspenso Arquivo e selecione Arquivo> Abrir (Ctrl ou ⌘O). Navegue até o seu arquivo de vídeo. O vídeo também será aberto se você arrastar o arquivo de vídeo diretamente para o Photoshop.
O Photoshop reconhece o vídeo e abre novos recursos em sua área de trabalho. Uma linha do tempo aparece abaixo do vídeo. Este painel permite que você apare e faça algumas edições simples no vídeo. Aqui, abri um vídeo no iPhone de um artista de rua em Jaipur. Vou usar o Photoshop para fazer uma imagem estática do vídeo.
Etapa 2: selecione os quadros
O Photoshop separará seu vídeo em imagens individuais. Mas isso pode resultar em centenas ou milhares de quadros. Uma gravação de vídeo a 24 quadros por segundo criará 240 imagens em 10 segundos. É melhor se você puder limitar isso.
Arraste o indicador de reprodução (controle deslizante na linha vermelha) ao longo da régua de tempo na parte superior até encontrar o quadro que deseja converter em uma imagem estática. Mova os controles deslizantes de início e fim para qualquer um dos lados da linha vermelha.

Para visualizar uma seleção de imagens, você pode expandir a área movendo os pontos inicial e final. Mova o início um pouco para a esquerda e o final um pouco para a direita. Isso lhe dará mais imagens individuais.

Dica rápida: Se você já sabe qual quadro deseja converter em uma imagem estática, coloque a linha vermelha no quadro. Vá para o menu suspenso Arquivo e selecione Arquivo> Salvar (Ctrl ou ⌘S). Salve as imagens como um arquivo JPEG ou TIFF.
Etapa 3: separe as imagens
O próximo passo é dizer ao Photoshop para separar as imagens que compõem o vídeo. Clique no botão Render Video no canto esquerdo inferior da linha do tempo. Parece uma flecha. Isso abrirá uma caixa de diálogo Render Video.

Com a caixa de diálogo Render Video aberta, faça o seguinte:
Mude Adobe Media Encoder para Photoshop Image Sequence;
Selecione o formato das imagens. Selecionei JPEG, mas TIFF é outra opção. As configurações permitem ajustar a qualidade e o tamanho da imagem;
Selecione o botão de opção Espaço de trabalho. Isso insere o quadro ou quadros selecionados na Etapa 2. Você também pode selecionar Todos os quadros ou inserir um intervalo de quadros; Y
Clique no botão Render.
Dependendo das seleções feitas, outra caixa de diálogo pode aparecer. Salve com a resolução mais alta possível e clique em OK.
Etapa 4: navegue até as imagens salvas
Photoshop rapidamente extraia imagens individuais de seu vídeo. Mas o Photoshop não enviará uma notificação quando o processo for concluído. As imagens serão salvas em segundo plano.
Para encontrar as imagens, vá até a pasta que contém o seu vídeo. Você pode então importar as imagens para o Lightroom ou abri-las no Photoshop.
Dica rápida: Você pode especificar uma pasta diferente para salvar as imagens na caixa de diálogo Render Video.
