Redimensionar um grande número de fotos não é difícil de fazer. Especialmente se você usar a ferramenta ‘Alterar tamanho do lote’ no Photoshop.
Depois de executar o redimensionamento em lote no Photoshop, você pode se afastar do computador e voltar aos arquivos com as dimensões corretas.

Redimensionar imagens no Photoshop com redimensionamento em lote
Edição em lote é o termo técnico que descreve o trabalho com um grande grupo de fotos. O processo inclui qualquer coisa, da correção de cores ao corte. Mas você também pode usá-lo para redimensionar a imagem no Photoshop.
O ‘Processador de imagens’ é a ferramenta mais eficiente para redimensionar fotos em lotes. Além da capacidade de trabalhar com fotos com orientações diferentes, também não requer a criação de uma ‘ação’ primeiro.

1. Prepare seus arquivos
O lote de imagens que você deseja redimensionar deve estar na mesma pasta. Crie uma segunda pasta para inserir imagens redimensionadas, caso ainda não o tenha.
Em um Mac, use Arquivo> Novo> Pasta ou Shift + Command + N no ‘Finder’ para criar uma nova pasta. No Windows, use o atalho de teclado Control + Shift + N dentro de outro local da pasta.
2. Inicie o processador de imagem
No Photoshop, no menu superior, selecione Arquivo> Scripts> Processador de imagens.
3. Selecione a pasta
Na primeira seção do ‘Processador de imagens’, use o botão ‘Selecionar pasta’ para escolher a pasta em que você salvou todas as imagens para redimensionar.
Se as imagens já estiverem abertas, marque a opção que diz ‘Usar imagens abertas’. Para imagens em várias pastas, marque a opção que diz incluir todas as subpastas.
4. Opcional: aplique alterações nos arquivos RAW
Se você estiver redimensionando arquivos RAW, convém editar uma única imagem primeiro e aplicar essas alterações a todas as outras. Marque a caixa que diz ‘Abrir primeira imagem para aplicar as configurações’.
Com isso selecionado, o programa abrirá o Adobe Camera RAW. Quaisquer ajustes que você fizer serão aplicados a cada imagem.
Nota rápida: Esse processo funciona melhor em imagens tiradas nas mesmas condições e configurações de iluminação.
5. Escolha onde salvar os novos arquivos
Na segunda seção, escolha a pasta para salvar as imagens recentemente redimensionadas.
Mas tenha cuidado. Usar a opção ‘Salvar no mesmo local’ pode substituir os arquivos originais se você não alterar o tipo de arquivo.
6. Escolha um tipo de arquivo
Na terceira seção, escolha o tipo de arquivo para salvar as imagens. (JPEG é o mais comum).
Dentro dessa seção, marque a caixa que diz Alterar tamanho para caber. Você pode escolher apenas um tipo de arquivo. Ou você pode selecionar dois ou três para redimensionar as imagens como arquivos JPEG, PSD e TIFF.
7. Defina os parâmetros de tamanho
Na caixa largura e altura do tipo de arquivo selecionado, digite o novo tamanho da imagem em pixels. Você deve usar as caixas de largura e altura. Mas não se preocupe, pois o programa manterá a proporção original.
Ao colocar um valor de pixel em largura e altura, o aplicativo redimensionará imagens horizontais e verticais. Ele usará o que você colocar na caixa como o lado mais longo.
Se você deseja redimensionar todas as imagens para 1600 pixels, coloque 1600 nas caixas de largura e altura. O lado mais longo de cada imagem terá 1600 pixels. O lado mais curto será o que for necessário para a imagem manter a proporção original.
10. Execute a edição em lote
Quando estiver pronto para redimensionar a imagem do Photoshop, basta clicar em ‘Executar’. O programa executará o processo para você, incluindo a abertura e o fechamento de cada arquivo.
Se você tiver um grande número de imagens no Photoshop, isso levará algum tempo. Sinta-se à vontade para se afastar do computador e voltar mais tarde para verificar o progresso.

Dica: você selecionou as configurações incorretas, mas o programa já está alterando essas alterações de tamanho? Você pode forçar a saída para parar o processo. Depois, você pode voltar e começar de novo com as configurações adequadas.
